Add initials to a design review or sales quote before forwarding.

Returns and refunds

Free account & email verification

Start working now. Create a free account and verify your email only when your PDF is ready to download. Verification keeps automated abuse off the site — it's the reason we can keep every tool free forever with no paid plan, no watermark, and no upgrade trap.

Your privacy

Your files are processed entirely in your browser — never uploaded to a PDF Pelican server. We only store anonymous analytics about which tools people use, never your file contents.

About this tool

Draw a signature with your mouse or finger, or upload a PNG, then stamp it anywhere on a PDF. The signature is baked into the page so it stays in place when you email or print the document.

FAQ

Is my signature uploaded anywhere?

No. Your signature is drawn on a canvas in your browser and stamped onto the PDF locally. It never leaves your device.

Is this signature legally binding?

An electronic signature is accepted under eIDAS (EU/UK) and the ESIGN Act (US) for most everyday agreements. For high-value contracts that require an audit trail, use a dedicated e-signature service.

Can I save my signature for next time?

Not yet — the signature lives only in this browser tab. We'll add saved signatures behind a free account soon.

Can I add multiple signatures or initials?

Yes. Drop as many copies as you like, on as many pages as you like. Each one is positioned and sized independently.
